Downtown Norcross Parking Improvements

The City of Norcross is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for parking and pedestrian facilities at 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, Georgia 30071.The Project generally consists of parking and pedestrian facilities surrounding Norcross City Hall, including grading, storm drainage, paving, sidewalks, ADA improvements, retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, and associated site improvements. All work shall be completed within 315 calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed and in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable industry standards. The sealed bid package should be clearly marked "ITB PW 27-01 DOWNTOWN NORCROSS PARKING IMPROVEMENTS" on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on September 28, 2026, to the address below. Please submit two (2) printed copies and one (1) electronic copy (USB flash drive) of the bid package to the following address:

Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted by e-mail only to the Procurement Contact (Charlene Marsh, procurement@norcrossga.net) no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2026. Responses to questions will be issued by Addendum and posted on the City's website. A non-mandatory, but highly recommended pre-bid meeting with an optional site visit will be held on August 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Public Works Department located at 345 Lively Avenue, Norcross, GA 30071.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:05 a.m. on September 28, 2026, at the address noted above.
