The State of Idaho, acting as the Lead State in conjunction with NASPO ValuePoint, has issued Request for Proposal 1433 to establish Master Agreements for Medical Supplies, Consumables, and Equipment. This cooperative solicitation aims to leverage collective purchasing volume to obtain the best value for participating state governments, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities across the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. The scope of work is divided into three functional categories: consumables and supplies, equipment and devices, and support and maintenance for purchased products. Proposals must be submitted through the State of Idaho's IPRO procurement portal by 5:00 pm Mountain Time on November 9, 2026. The resulting Master Agreements will have an initial term of one year, with potential renewals and extensions for up to seven additional years, not to exceed a total of eight years. Awards will be granted to responsive and responsible offerors who achieve the highest number of normalized total points. Key requirements include the submission of specific attachments for offeror information, cost proposals, and certifications, as well as the incorporation of the NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee into the base pricing. While the State of North Carolina has provided notification of this opportunity to its registered vendors, it is not the soliciting agency and may or may not elect to participate in the final contract.
