DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NOTICE: USSOCOM POTFF III Program Support

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is preparing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the third iteration of the Preservation of the Force and Families (POTFF) Program Support. This draft is provided solely for informational and planning purposes, inviting industry feedback, and does not constitute a formal solicitation at this time. The anticipated contract will be a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement with task orders awarded on a Time & Materials basis. The contract is expected to have a five-year base period with three one-year option periods and will fall under NAICS code 621340. Regulatory compliance will adhere to the latest Federal Acquisition Circular updates and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul standards. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available exclusively through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system, requiring vendors to have active registrations in both SAM.gov and PIEE to participate.
