The scope includes weekly mowing of 1/4 to 1 acre at a minimum grass height of 3 inches, string trimming around structures and walkways, seasonal pruning of trees and shrubs to a maximum of 20 feet, and complete removal of all clippings and debris to ensure a hazard-free worksite. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, with performance occurring at the designated site and inspection and acceptance handled by the Meteorologist in Charge or their designee. Any failure in the technical requirements disqualifies an offeror regardless of price. Price submissions must be in PDF or Excel format, include all costs for the base and option years, and be firm-fixed-price. All offers must be submitted through a designated Google Form by 9:00 a.m. PDT on July 28, 2026, with questions due by July 24, 2026, at the same time.
