This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable, qualified, and experience in performing dredging and sediment disposal work.
Major work items include:
In accordance with attached Specifications/Drawings/Permits/Reports/Info for each of three (3) San Francisco Bay Area dredging locations (All subject to change at the discretion of the Government). Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, power, and equipment necessary to dredge and dispose of sediment for three (3) different US Coast Guard (USCG) San Francisco Bay Area locations as follows (See Sources Sought Document & Specifications for details):
- Sector San Francisco-Yerba Buena Island, CA:
- Station Golden Gate Horseshoe Cove-Sausalito, CA:
- Station Vallejo-Solano County, CA:
All dredge work is required to be completed within in-water work window limitations as specified in the Sources Sought Document & Permits.
All work will be performed in accordance with attached Specifications/Attachments/Drawings.
The procurement estimate total for the 3 locations is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS for this project is 237990. A Solicitation is estimated to be issued in August, 2026

- Provide evidence of bonding capability to the maximum magnitude on the project to include both single and aggregate totals.
