Full Description
AmeriCorps Office of Procurement Services, on behalf of AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), is soliciting for Driver Evaluation Services.
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a method of procuring services to evaluate driving skills for NCCC Volunteers deemed suitable for operating government-owned vehicles in support of the Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) National Civilian Community Corps.
This solicitation is for the establishment of a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), from which future BPA Calls will be placed for driver evaluation services as requirements arise.
The Government anticipates awarding a single award Master BPA to the best value offeror based on the evaluation criteria established in response to this solicitation.
In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required in the clause and provision package, including any instructions to offerors, must be completed and submitted with the proposal. (These will not count against page limitations.)
This solicitation is being competed as a full and open competition to vendors who are capable of providing driver evaluation and proficiency testing services.

AmeriCorps NCCC deploys Volunteers into the field across the United States and its Territories for the purpose of performing service projects. To support mission requirements, NCCC provides government-owned vehicles for Volunteer use in connection with service work and related transportation.
NCCC requires all Volunteers tasked with operating government-owned vehicles to attend and successfully complete classroom instruction, confidence course sessions, and practical road testing.
Road testing shall be conducted using government-owned vehicles likely to be used by Volunteers and shall consist of a prescribed route to assess and evaluate each Volunteer’s operational driving skills against a standardized list of skill aptitudes.
This solicitation is to provide government vehicle operator evaluations for individuals tasked with operating the following vehicle types at the Aurora, Colorado NCCC Facility:
