Full Description
The Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Program Office requires Subject Matter Expertise for CTIP professional training development and to provide support at the program and policy level services that align and comply with NSPD-22, NDAA, and DoWI 2200.01 to meet the CTIP Program Office’s daily mission requirements and strategic future.

Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the PWS and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below:
