This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/ solicitation being posted in accordance with the Scope of Work. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W912P826QA025 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is being procured as a firm fixed price contract. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a requirement for a Duplex Strainer. The contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) fully assembled duplex strainer in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government.
