The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District is seeking business sources for a supply contract entitled: Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and Snowplow Attachments for Dworshak National Fish Hatchery.
The work involves the supply, delivery, functional testing, and operator training for two (2) new UTVs, two (2) snowplow attachments, and associated spare parts to the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery located in Orofino, Idaho. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 441227 Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers, associated with Product Service Code (PSC) 2305 Ground Effect Vehicles. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the purchase and delivery of two (2) new Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) equipped with fully enclosed climate-controlled cabs, two (2) 72-inch snowplow attachments with hydraulic angle kits, and specified spare parts. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, equipment, transportation, installation of attachments, and training necessary to deliver fully functional, field-ready units.
