Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the E-3 Mission Crew Training requirement. Award was made to Sonoran Technology and Professional Services, LLC, 15655 W Roosevelt St, Suite 141, Goodyear, AZ 85338 on 1 Jul 14 in the amount of $25,657,530. Six proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items, for services to be performed at Tinker AFB, OK. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded by FY14 O&M funds. The base period of performance will be funded with FY15 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds.
