NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Supply Arrangement E60HZ 140001 Requirement This requirement is for The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC). Applicable Supply Arrangement This requirement is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders qualified under Supply Arrangement E60HZ 140001. Description of the Requirement The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) intends to procure technical training services to provide its employees with structured learning opportunities to develop, maintain, and enhance professional skills through digital and instructor-led training solutions. The objective of this requirement is to acquire a comprehensive training services solution that meets or exceeds FCAC’s functional and quality requirements, in order to support workforce capability development, improve technical proficiency, and ensure access to current and relevant training aligned with organizational needs. Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive E Learning and training platform solution to support the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada’s (FCAC) workforce development needs. The scope of work includes the provision, configuration, and ongoing availability of a Solution as a Service (SaaS) training platform that delivers technical and professional training to FCAC employees. The scope encompasses the following key elements: Training Platform and Delivery • Provision of a SaaS based training platform accessible via standard web browsers. • Integration with Microsoft Entra ID to support single sign on functionality. • Delivery of training through multiple formats, including: o On demand, self paced digital learning; and o Live, virtually delivered instructor led training.
