The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source fixed-price purchase order to EOS Internation, 2292 Faraday Ave., Carlsbad, California for the purpose of providing an e-Library service for the Office of Policy Development and Research, HUD Headquarters, Washington, DC.
