The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the E. Locust Street Bridge over CPKCS Railroad Rehabilitation Project. Rehabilitation of the E. Locust St. Bridge over the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Southern Railroad. Project work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the East Locust Street over CPKC Railroad Bridge Rehabilitation project, including but not limited to: Bridge and Approach Removals, PCC Approach Pavement and Patching, Bridge Deck Sealing, Abutment Diaphragm Reconstruction, Bridge Sidewalk Overhang Reconstruction, Deck Drain Extensions, Slope Protection Replacement, Concrete Repairs, and other related construction. It is recommended that Contractors become familiar with existing site conditions prior to bidding. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
