ASSUMPTION PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, aka “District,” seeks proposals for LEASED LIT FIBER WIDE AREA NETWORK connectivity and INTERNET ACCESS for the eligible entities listed in this RFP.
The District currently utilizes a provider-managed fiber WAN with 5 Gbps connectivity at each District location. Each location independently connects to the service provider’s network through provider-owned and managed equipment, and the service provider provides routed connectivity between District locations. District Internet traffic is centrally routed through a provider-owned and managed firewall hosted within the service provider’s data center and a shared 5 Gbps Internet Access connection. The District is requesting proposals for continued WAN and Internet Access services as described herein.
Sealed proposals must be sent by certified mail, UPS, FedEx, or hand-delivered to ASSUMPTION PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, or proposals may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). The District is not responsible for upload delays. Proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
