Full Description

A 60’W x 80’L Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with: 1. Hot Dip Galvanized Main Frame Members. Structural steel wall girts spanning between the main frames. The wall girts will support insulated metal wall panels. Walls 16’ high. Designed per IBC and UFC Standards for Cheatham Annex, VA - Min 115mph wind load and 15psf snow load. 2. Roof insulation, 10”thick, R30. 3. Concrete slab and concrete spread footings. 4. Four - Single Personnel Doors. 5. The building roof system will be a structural standing seam metal roof system. Roof slope will be 2:12. Gutters will be located at the eaves with downspouts at selected locations. 6. Ten 14’ W 14’H overhead coil doors with electric motor operators and auxiliary hand chain operator.
