AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted onMay 9, 2023 by2:00 PMEDT. All bids submitted after2:00 PMEDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Diesel fuel delivered DDP Port of Quebec City: Bulk Colored Diesel Fuel in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.517-2020 (Latest Issue), Type A (P-50), Maximum Operability Cloud Point -43°C; Except minimum Flash Point of 43°C. Additive is permitted should it be required to obtain the fuel specification. The total quantity of fuel is to be delivered by tank wagon to the port of Quebec City, Quebec, and loaded onto a Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS Pierre Radisson for furtherance to Eureka, NU. Delivery is tentatively scheduled for June 3rd and 4th, 2023. Quantity: 750,000 litres (Item 1), 115,000 litres (Item 2) The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement: Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Nunavut *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
