Category 1: ETOILE ACADEMY seeks bids for dedicated fiber internet access and requests pricing tiers for the service address listed below. Service pricing must include bundled endpoint equipment. Service must be priced separately in tiers for 2 - 5 Gbps, with 1, 3, and 5 year service term options. Additionally, such terms must include options for in-contract upgrades within the scope of services of this Form 470, and allow for at least two voluntary extensions of 12 months each.
** IMPORTANT NOTE ** Bidders for these services MUST include a detailed quote for any/all surcharges, one-time installation charges, equipment rental charges, and DMARC extension charges based on site review.
