PSPC, on behalf of Transport Canada, has a requirement for consultant services for the planning and install of supplementary monitoring wells at St. John’s International Airport in Newfoundland and Labrador. Invited Firms: This is an RFP against Supply Arrangement EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under this SA are: BGC Engineering; Englobe; Mitchelmore Engineering; and WSP Canada. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, NS B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English.
