It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Blount County, TN Government, on behalf of Blount County Board of Education (Blount County Schools), to procure a contract for HVAC replacement services for Eagleton College and Career Academy (ECCA) as outlined in the documents of this bid invitation. There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at 9:00am EST on July 17, 2025 at ECCA, 2610 Cinema Drive, Maryville, TN 37804 with an as needed site walk-through to follow.

Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link.
