The Proposed Action is an Easement Acquisition Agreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for a series of easements on UCLAs Parking Lot 36 located on campus at the northeast corner of Veteran Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard. The proposed temporary easement will allow continuation of Metros use of UCLA property as a construction staging and laydown area, while the permanent easement will be used for long-term operation of the new Metro Line D Westwood/UCLA station portal and plaza.
