SECTION 00100 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Plaquemines Parish Project No. 18-01-02A – East Bank Waterline Replacement – Marc’s Lane to Bertrandville Plaquemines Parish Engineering and Public Works (herein referred to as the “Owner”) by virtue and in conformity with the provisions of Act 70 of the 1746 Regular Session of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended, and other applicable laws, sealed bids marked “Sealed Bid – Parish of Plaquemines –East Bank Waterline Replacement – Marc’s Lane to Bertrandville – Parish Project No. 18-01-02A” will be received by the Owner for the construction of the project described as follows: Installation of approximately 1,950 linear feet of new 12-inch water line, including fittings, connections to existing water lines, and other related work items.  The work is located within the LA Hwy 39 ROW in Braithwaite, Louisiana. Proposals shall be addressed to the Parish of Plaquemines and delivered to the office of the Department of Engineering located at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd. Building 500, Belle Chasse, LA 70037 not later than 10 AM, on November 11, 2025.   “Sealed Bid – Parish of Plaquemines – East Bank Waterline Replacement – Marc’s Lane to Bertrandville – Parish Project No. 18-01-02A”.  Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10 AM, on November 11, 2025 in the Conference Room at the Plaquemines Parish Government Office of Engineering and Public Works located at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd, Building 500, Belle Chasse, Louisiana 70037. The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the Engineer/Architect for the contract; Kyle Associates, LLC located at 638 Village Lane North, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471; (985) 727-9377.
