The work comprises of replacing the fire alarm control panel and annunciators, replacement of non-compatible devices, addition of new fire alarm audible devices, addition of fire alarm visual devices in washrooms, addition of duct smoke detectors on supply side of two (2) air handling units, installation of pull stations at 1150mm AFF in 1867 Wing to meet barrier free requirements, addition of smoke detectors at elevator lobbies for elevator recall, as well as repairing all fire alarm deficiencies in the building.
