Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for detailed inspections of the existing industrial pre-manufactured storage racking systems at CFB Halifax. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against the Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368. The invited firms from the Structural discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: Harbourside Engineering, WSP Canada, GEMTEC, and Dillon Consulting. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
