The ACC-APG, Division E, Tobyhanna Branch, CCAP-CCET, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466, intends on competitively soliciting offers from contractors who are fully authorized distributors of Eaton brand Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) and Integrated Battery Cabinets (IBC). Only Eaton brand equipment will satisfy this requirement as this equipment will be networked with the existing Eaton brand name platform. Eaton is the sole designer and developer of this equipment and proprietary management software (Eaton's Intelligent Power Manager), the Government does not possess a technical data package required for competing this acquisition on a full and open basis. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be conducted on a competitive basis as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and pursued in accordance with 19 Small Business Programs as applicable.
