SYNOPSIS The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region, Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is issuing this synopsis for - Custodial and Related Services at the Eau Claire Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, located in Eau Claire County at 500 Barstow Commons, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701-3657. This project shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to perform janitorial and related services. The required janitorial and related services include but are not limited to the following: interior and exterior cleaning, window washing, trash removal, recycling , integrated pest management, grounds maintenance and snow removal. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract for 365 days per year basis. The contract is being solicited with a six month base period from September 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022. with four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The option periods are as follows: Option 1 period of performance is March 1, 2022 - February 29, 2023. Option 2 period of performance is March 1, 2023 - February 28, 2024, Option 3 periodof performance is March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025. Option 4 period of performance is March 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract. All socio-economic WOSB are encouraged to submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $19.5 million. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available via beta.Sam only. The solicitation will be posted to the website known as beta.Sam.gov URL: https://www.beta.Sam.gov. It is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but classified (SBU) acquisition information. Demonstration videos and assistance with using beta.Sam.gov is available through the website. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as System for Award Management (SAM).
