Courts Administration Services has a 99-year lease in the Law Courts Building at 1815 Upper Water Street in Halifax. 1 court room, 3 judges offices will undergo minor aesthetic fit-up with construction beginning 2025. Required services include Registered Interior Designer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Fire Protection Engineer, Hardware Consultant, Audio Visual Specialist, Cost Planning. Invited firms from Nova Scotia: Carvel & Helm, Fowler Bauld & Mitchell Ltd, Groupe Leclerc Architecture & design, Rayleen Hill Architecture + Design inc, SableARC Studios Inc, Trilogy Interior Design Inc. Debrief: Offerors may request a debriefing on the results. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. The RFP issuing office: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, NS, B3J 1T3.
