INVITATION TO TENDER - EB144-261820 - Breakwater Reconstruction - Larry's River NS Public Works and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for work that comprises of general construction of Rubble mound breakwater at Larry’s River Small Craft Harbour.
