AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions must be submitted on 12 January, 2023 by 1400 EST. All bids submitted after 1400 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the construction of a new rubble mound breakwater at the Lamèque Wharf, located in Lamèque, New Brunswick.
