Slipway Reconstruction Paspébiac Harbour

The Slipway Reconstruction at the fishing harbour of Paspébiac in the Gaspesia region includes, without limitation, the demolition of slipway # 501 and recovery of prefab concrete slab, stone protection and granular material, excavation and dredging works prior to new slipway construction, reuse of dredged sediments as fill in the service area and the disposal of demolition materials that cannot be reintroduced in the new works, installation of prefab concrete slabs supplied by Department for new slipway construction (available on site), supply galvanized bolts and accessories, rubber fenders and ballast stone for construction of mooring mole and its access (254x254 and 103x154 and 51x154 treated wood, 203x203 plastic beam are supplied by Department and available at the fishing harbour of Gascons Ruisseau Chapados), supply and installation of geotextile and granular materials for sub-base and stone for slopes of new slipway, supply of granular materials and leveling and compaction work for granular subbase of access road to new slipway and electrical work to provide dockside services for new slipway.Duration of contract: The services of the Contractor shall begin after contract award. The expected completion date of this project is March 31st, 2023.
