AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 17:00 ET on November 1, 2022. All bids submitted after 17:00 ET will be declared non-responsive. Work Description: The work under this contract shall include the supply of equipment, labour and materials for the repair of Wharves 401, 402 and the east section of Wharf 404, Port Edward BC. All Work Items including clean-up and demobilization must be completed by March 15, 2023. Two Phase Selection Process: This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
