MAINTENANCE DREDGING AT CAP-AUX-MEULES
REISSUE OF BID SOLICITATION This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EE517-230684/A dated September 08th, 2022 with a closing of September 20th, 2022 at 02:00 pm.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work involves dredging the Cap-aux-Meules harbour and the access channel leading to it. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE 1.1 Bidders shall complete the Unit Price Form; 1.2 Bidders shall enclose bid security with its bid; 1.3 Bidders shall identify the equipment that will be used to perform the work; 1.3.1 Bidders shall provide Canadian made floating equipment registered in Canada; 1.3.2 Floating equipment that are non-canadian made shall be registered in Canada and the bidder shall provide a certificate of qualification issued by Industry Canada; 1.4 Bidders shall provide a description of the dredge(s) and dump scows; 1.5 Bidders shall provide the experience of the superintendent; 1.6 Bidders shall provide the positioning system description. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS - LIST OF NAMES: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK The contractor must carry out and complete the work within the periods indicated in the specifications.
