Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) require Heavy Civil, Bridge Engineering, Consulting Services to help modernize its Bridge Inspection Manual (BIM) to better reflect current industry practices, to make it more user friendly and to adopt current PSPC reporting procedures. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Bridge Engineering). The invited firms for the province of New Brunswick are: Harbourside Engineering Consultants, R.V. Anderson Associates Ltd, Hilcon Ltd, CIMA, and WSP. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
