Project Description: PSPC on behalf of DFO-SCH has a requirement for Resident Construction Services for the Escuminac Wharf Reconstruction Project in New Brunswick. Invited Firms:This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Marine discipline for the province of New Brunswick are: Gemtec, WSP Canada Inc., Dillon Consulting, CBCL Ltd., Eastern Designers, Exp Services Inc., and Hatch Ltd. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English.
