Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners, Mass Transit Department (ECAT), will receive informal quotes from recruitment firms for the recruitment and referral of qualified individuals to operate our seasonal bus trolley. Approximately 9 bus operators are required to fulfill the Seasonal Beach Trolley Service for 20-30 hours each week, from May 2024-September 2024. Qualified candidates must be recruited, referred, and retained by May 6, 2024. Candidates that are not retained will be replaced under the original recruitment fee.
