INVITATION FOR BIDS ERIE COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER CORPORATION (ECMCC)/ARC 1st Floor Cath/Cardiac Lab 3 Equipment Replacement · 601- General Trades Please take notice that ECMCC and Advancing Revolutionary Construction (ARC) will accept lump sum bids for the contract listed. This project is a public bid. Be advised this bid package is a complete package for this scope of project work. All Bidders MUST bid the complete scope of work in their respective package. Partial bids will not be accepted or evaluated. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Notice to Bidders and other bid instructions. The deadline for submitting RFI’s is Thursday October 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM. IMPORTANT: Bidders shall refer to the Notice to Bidders for all bid documents and bidding requirements for more information No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. ECMCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. PRE-BID MEETING: A Pre-bid walk-through will be held on site at 6:00 am on Tuesday October 6, 2026.
