ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to enter into an agreement for the lease of various multifunctional photocopy/print devices and print management software for the division. ECSD requires a business solution which includes the provision of leasing, service maintenance, technical and administrative support. The ECSD invites proponents to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RSO). The SOA will have an initial term of two (2) years, commencing on date of award, with three (3) possible one (1) year extension options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This SOA will not exceed five (5) years in total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion make the final determination of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted. This RSO is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RSO, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement(s) for the proposed services (the “SOA”).
