Description of Action: Travis AFB intends on awarding a contract on a sole source basis for internet services at the base education center. 3. Description of Services: This requirement is to provide two DSL circuits including maintenance and content filter fees for the base education center. 4. Authority: The statutory authority permitting the sole sourcing of services is Far 6.302-1, 10 USC 2304 ( c ) (1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". 5. Sourced Vendor: Interactive Systems, Inc. 11. Further Competition: No further competition exists at this time. 12. Technical Requirements / Personnel Certification: We hereby certify that the technical requirements and certifications are accurate. 13.
