EGYM — Fitness equipment

Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract 052324-EGY is an agreement with EGYM, Inc. for the provision of commercial-grade fitness equipment, related accessories, and associated services. The scope of the contract includes technology and online programming, as well as professional services such as design, installation, training, maintenance, repair, and warranty programs. This solicitation is designed for use by participating public entities across the United States and Canada, with a contract term that extends through July 29, 2028. Under the terms of the agreement, participating agencies receive a base discount of 35 percent off the manufacturer's suggested retail price for hardware. Additional tiered volume discounts are available, providing an extra 1 percent for purchases over 200,000 dollars, 2 percent over 225,000 dollars, and 3 percent over 250,000 dollars, allowing for a total potential discount of 38 percent. Furthermore, the contract includes the no-cost enablement of over 155 EGYM Connected Partner integrations with compatible equipment purchases.
