[End of Amendment 4] Amendment 3: The proposal due date has been extended on an interim basis. There will be at least one additional extension. From the time of the final extension, offerors will have a minimum of two (2) weeks to submit proposals before the proposal due date. [End of Amendment 3] Amendment 2: The proposal due date has been extended. The Contracting Officer information has been updated. [End of Amendment 2] Amendment 1: Bidder's Library released. [End of Amendment 1] EITSD provides a full range of information technology products, services, solutions and customer support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Director of Administration (DA), the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) and other various OSD offices to meet mission and business requirements. EITSD also provides advice and assistance to OSD and other senior managers to ensure that IT and information resources are managed in a manner that implements the policies and procedures of legislation and the priorities established by OSD. As an enterprise operation, EITSD has opportunities to improve the quality, timeliness, and cost of services. The organization is currently challenged by an increasing amount of complexity stemming from process gaps, contract ambiguity, rapid technology evolution, political management structure, and geography. This complexity is further compounded by the continually evolving enterprise environment. Changes related to customer demands, department IT strategy, security threats, and technological capabilities or challenges are frequent and disruptive. It is within this context that EITSD must maintain an agile support organization for over 16,000 customers (including 28 Presidential Appointees with Senate Confirmation based on the PLUM Book, hundreds of Senior Executive Service leaders, and Flag and General Officers) with unique requirements across four primary networks, approximately 75,000 assets, 85 locations, and 80 mission-specific applications. The majority of assets are at the Pentagon and other Government leased facilities in the NCR.

Integrated Security Services Contract 5
Solicitation # HQ003426RE045
The Integrated Security Services Contract 5 (ISSC5), solicitation HQ003426RE045, is a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). The contract provides comprehensive baseline support, including system maintenance, repair, and logistics for integrated electronic and physical security systems across multiple Department of Defense facilities, primarily in the National Capital Region and Pennsylvania.
