DESCRIPTION EJ Thomas Fountain Repairs Scope: Removing the existing topping slab. 1. Removing the existing waterproofing system. 2. Grout injecting the fill voids below the base slab. 2.1. Note: Grout injections are to stabilize, not lift, the fountain base slab. 3. Repairing cracks in base slab. 4. Installing a new hot-applied waterproofing system. 5. Installing a new, sloped topping slab to drain towards the fountain center well. 5.1. New electrical conduit to be placed within the topping slab for free-standing lights (as provided by fountain equipment designer). Note: All additional mechanical and electrical upgrades not identified are EDGE Participation Goal: 5% of contract. ESTIMATED COST: $232,000.00 NOTE: All questions and correspondences MUST go through the purchasing bidding tool Workday Strategic Sourcing.
