Requirement: To provide Snow Removal Services including labour, material, equipment, supervision and transportation in accordance with the Statement of Work attached at Annex A, at 140 Wellington Street, 144 Wellington Street, 150 Wellington Street, 180 Wellington Street, 181 Queen Street and 190 Sparks Street and 51 Queen Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 190 Sparks Street (CBC Building), Ottawa, Ontario on June 18th, 2024. The site visit will begin at 10:30am EDT, in the lobby.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 10th, 2024 at 2:00pm EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the sites.
