Requirement: to provide Snow Removal Service and Landscape Maintenance services in accordance with the Statement of Work, for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) at PBX, 770 Heron Road, Ottawa; Sir Leonard Tilley, 719 Heron Road, Ottawa; Sir Edward Drake, 1500 Bronson, Ottawa; Radiation Building, 775 Brookfield, Ottawa; Sawmill Creek, Ottawa; and Vacant Lands, Ottawa.
Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 719 Heron Road (Sir Leonard Tilley building), Ottawa, Ontario on June 20th, 2024. The site visit will begin at 10:30am EDT, in the lobby. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 11th, 2024 at 2:00pm EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the sites.
