El Dorado County is implementing updates to the Biological Resources Policy, the Oak Resources Management Plan, and the County Ordinance Code Chapter 130.39 regarding Oak Resources Conservation. Administrative oversight is managed by the Planning and Building Department, with the project applying to unincorporated areas of El Dorado County, excluding the Tahoe Basin. Compliance requires coordination with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the filing of necessary environmental documentation and fees with the State Clearinghouse.
