U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to provide the following: Detailed design engineering, specification development, project management, equipment installation, concrete work, construction services, equipment commissioning, training and the procurement of (1) 5-Ton Electric Arc furnace (with the option for a second) and necessary supporting equipment such as bag house dust collection system, compressed Air and Argon storage tanks, (1) 5-ton AOD system, plus the demolition and removal of the existing 5-Ton Arc furnace.
