15 September 2026: The purpose of this update is to provide instructions for an optional pre-quote site visit. See attached Site Visit Instructions. 



The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) has a requirement for two (2) Electric Forklift Reach Trucks, two (2) compatible batteries (one per forklift) and one (1) battery charging station to be delivered to Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The requirement includes ancillary services for the removal and disposal of one (1) existing battery charging station, installation of the new charging station, and testing and commissioning to verify all components perform to specification.
