The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) is seeking proposals from Licensed Electrical Contractors to perform electrical maintenance, repairs and installation services on an “as needed”, “as requested” basis for two Agency owned and occupied buildings.
These buildings are located at 637 S. Clinton Avenue and 650 S. Broad Street Trenton, NJ 08611. The awarded contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year, with the Agency’s option to renew the contract for two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
The building at 637 S. Clinton Avenue contains eight (8) electrical closets; the building at 650 S. Broad Street contains four (4) electrical closets and has two hydraulic elevators.
