Solicitation # N6339426Q4060
Solicitation N6339426Q4060 is a request for quotations from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme to establish a multi-award, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for D-Department control system parts and supplies. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333413, with a specific focus on women-owned small businesses. The scope includes the procurement of various electronic components, such as network media converters, power supplies, sensors, and printer hardware, all of which must adhere to the technical specifications detailed in the Salient Characteristics attachment. The BPA will utilize firm-fixed unit pricing, and individual call orders will be competed among BPA holders, with a maximum value of 900,000 dollars per order. Awards are based on a technically acceptable basis, requiring quoters to be authorized resellers and maintain an active CMMC Level 1 (Self) status in the Supplier Performance Risk System. While the BPA remains open for five years, the government evaluates quotes on a rolling basis to award Master BPAs as requirements arise. Successful contractors must comply with MIL-STD-130 for unique item identification and MIL-STD-129 for shipping labels. All invoicing and payment requests must be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Interested parties must submit their quotes in PDF format, including a completed price list and part list, to the designated point of contact.
