TITLE: Electrical Service Replacement – Quinsam River Hatchery, BC for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) INTENT The intent of the Work is to support the continued operation of the Quinsam Hatchery facility through the replacement of front-end electrical infrastructure that has reached the end of its serviceable life. The existing main service entrance equipment, including the central distribution panel, is to be decommissioned and replaced to ensure reliable electrical service delivery to the site’s critical systems. This project is coordinated with, but independent of, a separate initiative to address the condition of the unit substation supplying the electrical room.
