The procurement is open to all NYS counties, with no specific set-aside goals for minority, women, or service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. Vendors offering identical or similar services within the past five years are not known to have contracted with the university previously. The primary contact for this solicitation is Thomas Ferrari, reachable via email or phone, and further details are available through the NYS Contract Reporter.
