The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, intends to award a single unrestricted firm-fixed-price design-build to budget contract for the construction of potable water infrastructure at Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. The project, identified by solicitation number W9128A26RA018, has an estimated value of up to 82 million dollars and an anticipated performance period of approximately 1,460 calendar days. The scope of work includes the design and construction of two 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tanks, one located in the Kolekole area and one for the East Range Water System. Additionally, the project requires a single-story booster pump station in the Kolekole area equipped with primary and backup pumping units, an overhead bridge crane, and an emergency generator with fuel storage.
